Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The order on appeal is affirmed except with regard to the award of Dr. Inclan’s bill for alternative medical treatment which is reversed. The evidence reveals that upon notice of the claimant’s desire for alternative medical treatment, the carrier voluntarily provided the same. Therefore, Dr. Inclan’s bill is not the responsibility of the carrier. Courtelis Co. v. Calizaire, IRC Order 2-3659 (January 16, 1979).
