Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Since oral argument in this case the Florida Supreme Court issued its opinion in Houdaille Industries, Inc. v. Edwards, 374 So.2d 490 (Fla. 1979) which we find controlling. Accordingly, this cause is affirmed.
