Reversed on the authority of, and remanded for further proceedings consistent with Sig M. Glukstad, Inc. v. Lineas Aereas Paraguayas, 619 F.2d 457 (5th Cir. 1980).1

. The trial judge appropriately relied on the federal district court decision in the cited case, which was reversed while this one was on appeal.
