Combs v. Combs

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

This is the appeal of an order denying modification of the appellant’s right to visitation and awarding the appellee $35.00 in attorney’s fees. The denial of the modification is affirmed. The award of the attorney’s fees, however, is not supported by the record. Accordingly, the award of attorney’s fees is reversed.

LARRY G. SMITH and SHIVERS, JJ., and WOODIE A. LILES (Ret.), Associate Judge, concur.
