ON REHEARING

PER CURIAM.

On petition for rehearing, we certify that our affirmance in this case passed upon the same questions we certified to be of great public importance in Lawrence v. State, 388 So.2d 1250 (Fla. 4th DCA 1980). The decision in this case should abide the decision in Lawrence. Accordingly, we adhere to our affirmance and certify the identical questions in Lawrence as passing upon matters of great public importance.

MOORE, BERANEK and HURLEY, JJ., concur.
