Williams v. Johnson

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

In this consolidated appeal, a judgment in a probate case is challenged and an order setting aside the judgment is also challenged. We affirm the order setting aside the judgment and remand the matter to the trial court for the appropriate further proceedings. The appeal from the judgment is moot and therefore is dismissed.

IT IS SO ORDERED.

DAUKSCH, C. J., and ORFINGER and COBB, JJ., concur.
