PER CURIAM.

In Cases No. 79-2466 and 80-130 we affirm the trial court’s denial of appellant’s motions to strike appellees’ notices of voluntary dismissal.

In Case No. 80-144 we reverse the trial court’s granting of appellant’s motion to strike appellee’s notice of voluntary dismissal and remand for entry of an order consistent herewith.
