Petitioner contends that the circuit court was without jurisdiction to entertain respondents’ motion to withdraw a previously entered voluntary dismissal. We agree. See Randall-Eastern Ambulance Service, Inc. v. Vasta, 360 So.2d 68 (Fla. 1978). Accordingly, the trial court’s order allowing the withdrawal is quashed.
