Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided December 31, 1980 · Anek, Anstead, Ber, Letts
391 So. 2d 785; 1980 Fla. App. LEXIS 17949 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

In the Interest of F.J.B.

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The state has confessed error herein as to the lack of any evidence to support the trial court’s finding that the appellant had committed a delinquent act. Our review of the record supports this confession of error in accord with appellant’s contention on appeal. Accordingly, the trial court’s order of July 16, 1980 is reversed and this cause is remanded for further proceedings consistent herewith.

LETTS, C. J., and ANSTEAD and BER-ANEK, JJ., concur.
