Le Chateau Royal Corp. v. Sarn
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided January 7, 1981 · Glickstein, Hersey, Leonard, Rivkind
392 So. 2d 330; 1981 Fla. App. LEXIS 18661 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)
Le Chateau Royal Corp. v. Sarn

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We affirm upon the issue of liability, but reverse and remand upon the issue of damages which appellees must establish with reasonable certainty. If actual damages are not shown, judgment may be entered for nominal damages. We find appellees’ cross-appeal for damages to be without merit.

HERSEY and GLICKSTEIN, JJ., and RIVKIND, LEONARD, Associate Judge, concur.
