Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from a final judgment of dissolution of marriage. The sole issue presented is an award of a 50 per cent special equity to the former wife in a con*536dominium. The judgment is affirmed on the authority of Duncan v. Duncan, 379 So.2d 949 (Fla. 1980), and Canakaris v. Canakaris, 382 So.2d 1197 (Fla. 1980).

AFFIRMED.

MOORE, BERANEK and HERSEY, JJ., concur.
