Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The trial court granted a motion to dismiss a third-party complaint finding no cause of action because of the doctrine of intra-family immunity.

We reverse upon the reasoning contained in Quest v. Joseph, 392 So.2d 256 (Fla. 3d DCA 1981), opinion filed January 7, 1981, *563and remand the case to the trial court for further proceedings.

Reversed and remanded with directions.
