The appellant seeks reversal of an order dismissing his petition to set aside a property settlement agreement that had been ratified in a final judgment of dissolution of marriage.

We have carefully considered appellant’s contentions regarding undue influence, overreaching, and other improprieties and find them unsupported by the record.

Accordingly, no error having been demonstrated the order appealed from is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
