The order sought to be appealed is a nonappealable order. We hereby consider the notice of appeal as a petition for certio-rari but deny the petition because the issues raised therein were effectively rendered moot by our disposition of Klein v. Band, - So.2d -, No. 80-2270 (Fla.2d DCA June 26, 1981).
