Claimant appeals a workers’ compensation order which we affirm except as to the *1177deputy commissioner’s denial of the claim for penalties pursuant to § 440.20(7), Florida Statutes. Appellee concedes that claimant was entitled to such a “penalty award,” and the order appealed is accordingly reversed on this issue and remanded to the deputy commissioner for the assessment and imposition of the statutory penalty.
