Opinion of the Court

HERSEY, Judge.

We find nothing in the final judgment of foreclosure or elsewhere in the documents accompanying this appeal determinative of appellant’s liability for back rent for any period of time. The reservation of jurisdiction does not operate to eliminate any defenses which appellant might otherwise have.

Finding no error, we affirm the final judgment.

AFFIRMED.

DOWNEY and MOORE, JJ., concur.
