Rodenwald v. Lawton

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Jurisdiction of this cause was previously relinquished to the trial court with directions to state the reasons in support of the trial court’s order granting new trial. The trial court has entered an order certifying his inability to comply with this court’s directions and the order granting new trial is therefore reversed and the verdict reinstated.

DOWNEY, BERANEK, and GLICK-STEIN, JJ., concur.
