PER CURIAM.

This appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. The notice of appeal is untimely since the record does not reflect that the proceedings below were ever declared to be adversary proceedings in accordance with Florida Rule of Probate and Guardianship Procedure 5.025. See also: In re Estate of George E. Beeman, deceased, 391 So.2d 277 (Fla. 4th DCA 1980).

DISMISSED.
