Krammes v. Glessman

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

AFFIRMED.

DOWNEY and DELL, JJ., concur. ANSTEAD, J., concurs specially with opinion.

Concurring Opinion

ANSTEAD, Judge,

specially concurring:

This is an appeal from a summary judgment exonerating a homeowner from liability for the consequences of an attack by a bee on the employee of a painting contractor. I agree with the majority that the record is void of evidence of actionable negligence against the homeowner.
