State v. Forcer

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Because the trial court determined that double jeopardy had attached, it dismissed the information which charged the defendant with unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. We reverse on the authority of State v. Iglesias, 374 So.2d 1060 (Fla.3d DCA 1979).

Reversed and Remanded.
