PER CURIAM.

Upon due consideration of the various contentions of the parties made in the appeal and cross-appeal, that portion of the amended final judgment which holds Robert A. Peirce Construction Co., Inc. liable to *30Firepak, Inc. is reversed. The amended final judgment is otherwise affirmed.

Affirmed in part; reversed in part.
