ANSTEAD, Judge, specially concurring:

Although the allegations of the appellee’s complaint are not a model of clarity insofar as justifying substituted service of process on the appellant foreign corporation, I believe they are adequate, especially in view of the trial court’s finding to that effect and the appellant’s failure to assert any factual challenge to those allegations.
