Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided May 28, 1982 · McCord, Mills, Pearson, Ret, Tillman

Lemon v. Florida Parole & Probation Commission

Opinion of the Court

MILLS, Judge.

Lemon appeals Commission action reviewing his presumptive parole release date. We affirm.

Lemon asserts that his PPRD was improperly aggravated for an expired sentence and that a prior conviction was used for both determining his salient factor score and aggravation. The record reveals that neither of these acts occurred.

McCORD, J., and PEARSON, TILLMAN (Ret.), Associate Judge, concur.
