Opinion of the Court

HERSEY, Judge.

Appellant, King, having been discharged for disobeying a direct order of his superior officer, sought mandamus to require his reinstatement as a police officer or to provide a hearing before the Police Complaint Review Board. We affirm the order on the authority of Migliore v. The City of Lauderhill, - So.2d - (Fla. 4th DCA Case No. 81—1491, opinion filed June 2, 1982).

AFFIRMED.
