South Florida State Hospital v. Grier

Opinion of the Court

SHIVERS, Judge.

Appellant seeks review of the deputy commissioner’s order awarding wage loss benefits for the period January 25, 1981, until August 25, 1981. The order below did not include and the record would not support a finding that an adequate job search was made. Additionally, there was no evidence that the claimant was medically unable to work. Accordingly, the order awarding wage loss benefits is REVERSED.

SHAW and WIGGINTON, JJ., concur.
