PER CURIAM.

Appellant seeks reversal of the deputy commissioner’s order awarding $2,000 attorney’s fees pursuant to section 440.34(2)(a), Florida Statutes (1979). We agree that ap-pellee’s claim was not for medical benefits only. Accordingly, the deputy commissioner’s order assessing attorney’s fees against appellant is REVERSED.
