Campagno v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

AFFIRMED. We agree with the trial court that the appellant’s allegations of ineffective assistance of counsel at sentencing failed to meet the criteria set down in Knight v. State, 394 So.2d 997 (Fla. 1981). In particular the appellant failed to allege that the information received by the sentencing court regarding appellant’s prior arrests and convictions was not substantially accurate.

ANSTEAD and HURLEY, JJ., and SHA-HOOD, GEORGE, Associate Judge, concur.
