PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from an order taxing costs. The order is reversed and vacated based upon Berek v. Metropolitan Dade County, 422 So.2d 838 (Florida Supreme *637Court Case No. 60,713, opinion issued November 24, 1982 [7 FLW 523]).

REVERSED.
