This appeal is controlled by the opinion of our supreme court in Gulfstream Land & Development Corp. v. Wilkerson, 420 So.2d 587 (Fla. 1982), which was issued subsequent to the court’s ruling below. Therefore, upon the authority of Gulfstream, we reverse the summary judgment and remand the case for further proceedings.
