PER CURIAM.

We affirm appellant’s conviction and sentence; however, we do so without prejudice to appellant’s right to seek relief by means of a motion pursuant to Florida Rule Crimi*636nal Procedure 3.850 on the ground that he was denied effective assistance of counsel.
