Conrad v. Conrad

Conrad v. Conrad
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided January 25, 1983 · Barkdull, Jorgenson, Nesbitt
425 So. 2d 649; 1983 Fla. App. LEXIS 27734 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Conrad v. Conrad

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The parties to this appeal agreed at oral argument that the second and third issues involved in this appeal had been resolved between them leaving only the question of whether the trial court abused his discretion in awarding the wife the marital home as lump sum alimony. We affirm the trial court since no clear abuse of discretion is demonstrated on this record. See Canakaris v. Canakaris, 382 So.2d 1197 (Fla. 1980).
