PER CURIAM.

Appellant has failed to demonstrate reversible error in the record, which contains substantial competent evidence to support the trial court’s determination. See Sockolof v. Eden Point North Condominium Association, Inc., 421 So.2d 716 (Fla. 3d DCA *13121982) and Kotchman v. Field, 425 So.2d 560 (Fla. 2d DCA 1982).
