PER CURIAM.

The ruling of the Appellate Division of the Circuit Court did not depart from the essential requirements of the law. A police officer cannot be dismissed from employment for refusal to submit to a polygraph examination. Farmer v. City of Fort Laud-erdale, 427 So.2d 187 (Fla. 1983).

Certiorari denied.
