Parks v. Gulf Coast Masonry, Inc.
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided February 3, 1983 · Ervin, Mills, Pearson, Ret, Tillman
427 So. 2d 767; 1983 Fla. App. LEXIS 27764 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Parks v. Gulf Coast Masonry, Inc.

Opinion of the Court

MILLS, Judge.

Parks appeals a workers’ compensation order denying his claim for additional temporary benefits. We affirm.

The deputy commissioner’s determination that the medical evidence shows an ability to return to work is supported by the record, particularly Dr. Peck’s report. The claimant is therefore required to conduct some work search. He did not do this during the period in question.

AFFIRMED.

ERVIN, J., and PEARSON, TILLMAN (Ret.), Associate Judge, concur.
