Neuman v. Board of Adjustment
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided April 8, 1983 · Campbell, Scheb, Schoonover

Neuman v. Board of Adjustment

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

W.K. Neuman seeks a writ of certiorari directed to the circuit court’s order of July 30, 1982. The court denied petitioner’s challenge to the Board of Adjustment’s refusal to grant a variance to allow completion of construction of a fence/wall at his residence. On that narrow issue, we find no departure from the essential requirements of law by the circuit court.

Certiorari denied.

SCHEB, A.C.J., and CAMPBELL and SCHOONOVER, JJ., concur.
