Vega v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from a violation of probation. We affirm on the merits but remand for resentencing due to an inconsistency between the oral sentence and the written sentence. The State has conceded the necessity for resentencing.

AFFIRMED BUT REMANDED FOR RESENTENCING.

BERANEK and GLICKSTEIN, JJ., and SMITH, RUPERT J., Associate Judge, concur.
