Dolores James Investments, Inc. v. Cardet
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided May 24, 1983 · Bitt, Hendry, Hubbart, Nes
431 So. 2d 726; 1983 Fla. App. LEXIS 20780 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Dolores James Investments, Inc. v. Cardet

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

This appeal questions the correctness of a summary final judgment rendered in favor of appellee in an action wherein the appellant sued the appellee for a real estate brokerage commission.

A careful consideration of the record, briefs and arguments of counsel conclusively establishes the absence of any issue of a material fact and that the appellee is entitled to a judgment as a matter of law. Accordingly, the judgment appealed is affirmed.

Affirmed.
