PER CURIAM.

Appellant seeks review of the trial court’s order denying his petition for forfeiture. We reverse the order of the trial court on the authority of our recent decision in One 1976 American Jeep v. State ex rel. City of Largo, 427 So.2d 364 (Fla. 2d DCA 1983).
