In accord with a concession by the parties, the cause is remanded with instruction to enter an amended final judgment in the sum of $15,155.79. As modified, the case is affirmed on the authority of Applegate v. Barnett Bank, 377 So.2d 1150 (Fla. 1979); Kauffmann v. Baker, 392 So.2d 13 (Fla. 4th DCA 1980).
