Gammell v. State

Gammell v. State
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided September 26, 1983 · Mills, Shivers, Zehmer
438 So. 2d 190; 1983 Fla. App. LEXIS 21814 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Gammell v. State

Opinion of the Court

MILLS, Judge.

Gammell appeals his conviction for grand theft, Section 812.014, Florida Statutes (1981).

The sole point on appeal is that the State failed to prove that Gammell knowingly obtained or used the property of another.

We find the evidence sufficient to show that he had such knowledge and affirm the conviction.

SHIVERS and ZEHMER, JJ., concur.
