That part of the order of the deputy commissioner imposing upon the employer/carrier penalties for the period of August 1, 1981 through October 31, 1982 is reversed and the cause remanded to the deputy commissioner to permit him to set forth with specificity the basis for an award of penalties for the time period indicated. *992In all other respects, the order appealed is affirmed.
