We reverse and remand with instructions to conduct an evidentiary hearing upon appellant’s petition for upward modification of child support and upon the appellant’s request for attorney fees. Kocha v. Kocha, 349 So.2d 690, 691 (Fla. 4th DCA 1977).

We affirm as to appellant’s remaining points.
