PER CURIAM.

We affirm the order denying appellant’s motion for release under Rule 3.218 of the Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure, noting, however, that application for relief under Rule 3.219, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure, is not precluded by the trial court’s holding or by this court’s affirmance.

AFFIRMED.
