New South Investments, Inc. v. Haimes

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

New South Investments, Inc. appeals an order dismissing, with prejudice, its second amended complaint for a real estate broker’s commission. We reverse.

The second amended complaint for a real estate broker’s commission sufficiently alleges a cause of action as required by Rule 1.110(b), Fla.R.Civ.P. Accordingly, the order of dismissal is reversed and the cause is remanded for proceedings consistent with this opinion.

MILLS, THOMPSON and WIGGINTON, JJ., concur.
