PER CURIAM.

The order dismissing the American Druggist Insurance Co. is reversed because section 627.7262, Florida Statutes (Supp. 1982), “has no application to a cause of action predicated on events which occurred prior to the effective date of the statute [October 1, 1982].” Vanbibber v. Hartford Accident *183& Indemnity Insurance Co., 439 So.2d 880 (Fla. 1983).

REVERSED & REMANDED.

BERANEK, HURLEY and DELL, JJ., concur.
