We note that the trial court’s order approving attorney’s fees does not preclude, nor do we intend for this opinion to prevent, the trial court in the suit involving distribution of the settlement proceeds from calculating each surviving beneficiaries’ proportionate share of the settlement amount and apportioning the approved attorney’s fee in accordance with the amount awarded to them.
