PER CURIAM.

Affirmed. However, we strike from the order finding appellant guilty of violations of probation those findings referring to failure to report, failure to pay costs of supervision and unlawful possession of a jack and batteries as unsupported by the evidence.

AFFIRMED AS MODIFIED.
