Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided January 10, 1984 · Baskin, Ferguson, Hendry

Tejedo v. Izquierdo

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Appellants appeal an adverse summary judgment and an order awarding attorney’s fees and costs entered in an action arising out of the purchase and sale of a business.

Our examination of the record on appeal conclusively establishes the absence of any genuine triable issues of material fact and that the appellee was entitled to a judgment as a matter of law.

No reversible error having been made to appear, the judgment and order appealed are affirmed.

Affirmed.
