Rocky Point Village Corp. v. Gorman

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

AFFIRMED. We do not find an abuse of discretion in the trial court’s order granting a new trial, see Castlewood International Corp. v. LaFleur, 322 So.2d 520 (Fla. 1975), or in the trial court’s exclusion of evidence concerning prior accidents at other locations on the same premises, see Lawrence v. Florida East Coast Railway Co., 346 So.2d 1012 (Fla. 1977).

HOBSON, A.C.J., and SCHEB and LE-HAN, JJ., concur.
