Pinder v. Palm Beach Prowler, Inc.
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided March 7, 1984 · Anstead, Hersey, Letts
446 So. 2d 1133; 1984 Fla. App. LEXIS 12221 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Pinder v. Palm Beach Prowler, Inc.

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

AFFIRMED.

ANSTEAD, C.J. and HERSEY, J., concur. LETTS, J. dissents with opinion.

Dissenting Opinion

LETTS, Judge,

dissenting:

At least a portion of the trial judge’s order appears to me to be in error. Part of the damages claimed arise from work performed at an hourly rate calculated from a beginning date on which the record reflects the work did not in fact begin. As a consequence, I would reverse and remand.
