LETTS, Judge,

dissenting:

At least a portion of the trial judge’s order appears to me to be in error. Part of the damages claimed arise from work performed at an hourly rate calculated from a beginning date on which the record reflects the work did not in fact begin. As a consequence, I would reverse and remand.
